Q: What Is included in the cost of registration?
A: Lodging, meals, adventure experience, and photo package of experience (if offered).
Q: What if I don’t own camping equipment?
A: No problem! We provide camping equipment. Typically a sleeping bag,
daypack, headlamp and camping pad are on the packing list. If you don’t have those items, just reach out! We have a WFM “closet” you can borrow from.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Most of our outfitters will take us out in the rain. Unless our safety is threatened
by weather, we will adventure rain or shine! We will pray for sunshine but rise to the occasion in adversity!
Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: We understand life happens and you may need to cancel.
If this happens we will miss you! Because our outfitters require payment upfront, we can not guarantee refunds.
Q: Do I have to be religious to attend a Retreat?
A: Nope! We cultivate a faith-based experience, but being religious is not a requirement. Come as you are!
Q: What if I can’t afford the cost of registration? Is there assistance available?
A: Yes! We have a scholarship application available upon request by emailing WFM. Our board of directors will review your application and notify you if an offsetting of some of the cost is awarded.
